SHIPPING DELAYS

1. For your convenience it’s always advisable not to wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline, it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We will give you a delivery estimate when you place your order based on the information we receive from our shipping partner.
2. We ARE NOT responsible for late shipments due to increment weather, holidays, sales, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Processing times are normally longer during sales. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day when calculating shipping times. We trust our shipping carriers to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges.
3. Customers are responsible for tracking their package once we ship it. 

WRONG ADDRESS

• If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. We are NOT responsible for wrong addresses or lost packages, however we will assist in any way that we can. Any return packages customers must repay for shipping to get the package reshipped.

RETUNR POLICY

•  ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!! Medachi Hair Collection does not accept return due to the nature of the product. If, you received  wrong item contact us within 24 hours. Please be sure to order the correct products before checking out on our site.
