I want to share a story with you. 

The 2020 pandemic changed a lot of our lives. 
But there would be no Madichi Hair Collection without its rude awakening. Like many of you, The pandemic cost me my job and sense of security. After this unpredicted event, I frantically looked for new opportunities to re-ground myself. In this panic, I excepted an offer from a well-meaning friend to sell diet teas. The job was commission based. I did reasonably well, but I can't say I ever felt fulfilled. I earned the company many new clients and invested countless hours in sharpening my skills. I was a great merchant and enjoyed connecting people with something that could change and improve their lives. Still, the fear of losing another job constantly hovered over my head, but this fear led me to revisit a past dream. 

When I was younger, I loved visiting beauty shops and hair salons. I can't remember ever going longer than two weeks without changing my hair. I always wondered if I would ever be able to open my own shop--a place for people to come and find exactly what they were long for to emphasize their beautiful features.

As I thought back to my younger self and how badly I wanted to achieve that dream, I grew sorrowful, for I was not in a position to open a physical shop. Still, my desire to fulfill this beautiful dream reminded me that I lived in a world with a remarkable technology that could connect me to those who, despite the pandemic,  wanted to feel beautiful. 

I started small and sold hair on my social media, and before I knew it, I was blessed enough to have even more wonderful clients like you.
